Kumbaingiri Retreat policies
- Kumbaingiri Retreat is for a maximum of 8 people.
- Check in: after 4pm. Check out is 10am.
- Telephone: Complimentary local calls are available. Any costs above local calls will be charged against the credit card used to secure the booking.
- To secure bookings a 50% deposit is required, with the balance payable 30 days before arrival. Full payment 45 days prior to arrival attracts a 10% discount on the accommodation cost.
- Kumbaingiri Retreat is located within a working property, some guests may find that it is not suitable for children. Given this, we advise that children are only accepted by prior arrangement.
- Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, please, no smoking in the house.
- Pets: We kindly ask that you leave your pets at home.
- Parties: Kumbaingiri Retreat is for guests only, therefore we insist on a party free zone.
- Cancellations: There is a full refund for cancellations notified within 30 days, inside 29 days 25% of the total cost is retained, inside 15 days 50% of the cost is retained.
- Payment by Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard only.
- Bond: All bookings with children (under 17) are subject to a $1000 credit card bond - any damage or breakages will be deducted from the bond and the balance returned within 21 days of the conclusion of your stay.
